Cancelling a booking

You can cancel most bookings in the app. Each venue sets its own cancellation window, which is shown before you confirm.

Refunds

Cancellations made within the venue’s window are refunded to your original payment method or YOLOfit wallet. Late cancellations and no-shows may not be refundable.

Cashback

Cashback earned on a cancelled booking is reversed.
